- The form for Admission to a Program must be completed in its entirety along with a passport-sized photograph attached to it.
- A typed written testimony describing your conversion, call to the ministry and Christian service involvement.
- A letter of recommendation/reference from the pastor of your home church or the Christian organization you are affiliated to.
- A typed written statement regarding your future ministerial plans and how ATC can help you to accomplish these plans.
- One set each of the following Application for Student Pass forms obtainable from ICA (Singapore Immigration & Authority) website
- FORM 16
- FORM V36
- Submit proof of financial ability to support yourself or a written statement by a financial sponsor(s) certifying intention to financially support the applicant (in tuition fees, books, food allowance, accommodation and other personal expenses and the sponsors’ financial statement from the bank.
- Two recent passport sized photographs.
- A security deposit is required for successful application. The applicant should furnish a security bond in the following amount according to the applicant’s nationality.

- A NOTARIZED photocopy (Certified True Copy) of the following documents translated into English:
- Birth certificate and citizenship
- Parent’s marriage certificate (if below 21 years old)
- Student’s marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Academic certificates and transcripts
- Photocopy of the relevant pages of your international passport.
