Course Fees & Refund Policy

ATCis a private institution related to Victory Family Centre and is supported generously by the church. Hence, charges to the student are minimal in relation to the actual costs of instruction. All tuition and fees charges are due and payable at registration. A student who cannot meet this requirement may develop a deferred payment plan on a two-week pay schedule with the Registrar, such plan to provide for payment in full by the end of the term. Students who are delinquent in meeting the obligations of the plan will not be eligible to take final exams for the course in progress at the time of delinquency. Students with delinquent accounts cannot enrol for subsequent courses, receive grades or papers, or receive certificates of program completion or transcripts. Nor will students with delinquent accounts be permitted to participate in graduation.
